to qualify for a broker’s license, you must first:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully complete 90 hours of approved real estate education
once you complete your 90 hours of Real Estate education:
- You will be prompted to schedule your state and national Brokers exam
- Pass the exam and get your fingerprints taken and submitted to the DOL
- Once you both pass the exam and submit your fingerprints, the DOL will email you an invitation to apply for your Brokers license online
- Log in using your Secure Access Washington (SAW) account to apply and pay the licensing fee
- Our Agent Services Director will assist you in the rest of the process
