This Week at the Market Center

Explain Complex Market Data in Simple Terms

In this class, you’ll learn exactly where to find the most reliable local housing and economic data—and more importantly, how to frame it so buyers, sellers, and your sphere actually understand it, trust it, and turn to you first. Stop competing with headlines and fear. Start delivering calm, clear insight that positions you as the go-to housing economist in your market.

Decorate a Door for Spooky Season!

Join us for our KWB Halloween Door Decorating Contest! From October 1 through October 27, agents are invited to decorate their office doors for Halloween. If you don’t have an office, we’ll assign you a door to decorate so everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Get creative with your decorations and make your door as spooky, festive, funny, or imaginative as you’d like. Once decorating is complete, we’ll select a winning door and award the winner a prize!

Level Up Your Business Through Automation

Join Dan each week for a practical conversation about how AI can help you automate, simplify, and improve the day-to-day parts of your real estate business.

Bring your questions, ideas, and real-world challenges — this is an open conversation designed to explore what AI can do for you, not just talk about what it could do.

Read Your Way to Real Estate Success

Join us every Friday at noon in the Dori Murry Community for a weekly discussion of The Rookie Real Estate Agent by Jay Papasan.

Whether you’re brand new to real estate or looking to strengthen your foundation, this book club is a great opportunity to learn, share ideas, and turn proven strategies into action. Come ready to discuss the book, ask questions, and connect with fellow agents as we grow together.

What's Happening with Culture?

The Culture Committee helps make KW Bothell a place where agents feel valued, connected, and supported. From planning events and appreciation efforts to supporting charitable giving and community involvement, the committee brings our culture to life and strengthens relationships across the market center.

If you’re passionate about community, connection, and creating a positive office environment, we’d love to have you join us!

What's Happening with Tech & Design?

The Technology & Design Committee helps KW Bothell agents stay ahead in an evolving industry while creating a workspace that inspires productivity and connection. From supporting agents with KW technology tools and training to improving the look, feel, and functionality of our office, this team helps enhance the overall agent experience.

What's Happening with Profitability?

The Profitability Committee helps KW Bothell remain a financially strong, sustainable, and thriving market center. The committee works with leadership to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational efficiency, promote smart business practices, and support long-term success for both the office and its agents.
