A transaction coordinator, or TC, is someone who assists a real estate agent by performing the administrative duties required during each stage of a transaction from contract to closing. Duties include: Opening escrow all the way to communicating updates to clients, agents, lenders, and other people involved in the transaction.

I have over 16 years of real estate experience. In 2005 I began working for a mega agent that specialized in new construction. I worked for him at his office manager for over 14 years. I’ve also worked with other mega teams as their TC and know what it takes to get the work done. I have exceptional customer service skill, commitment and knowledge to make the transaction process a smooth one. When I'm not working I love to spend time with my 3 kids and husband.
