By coordinating workshops, masterminds, and classes led by top producers and industry experts, the committee ensures KW Bothell remains a dynamic hub for professional development.
In addition to fostering continuous learning, the committee champions agent safety—promoting best practices, sharing resources, and supporting a culture where preparedness and protection are part of everyday business.
