This Week at the Market Center

Why Land Zoning Matters

This class covers the fundamentals of jurisdictional land use zoning; where to find key information, the tools and resources available, and why zoning plays such a critical role in real estate.

You’ll gain insight into how zoning decisions are made and start to understand the underlying logic behind them, because even when it seems complex, there is a “method” that can appear as madness.

What's Happening with Tech & Design?

The Technology & Design Committee is committed to helping KW Bothell agents stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry while ensuring our workspace reflects the professionalism and innovation we stand for. On the technology side, the committee supports agents in learning, adopting, and mastering KW’s powerful tech platforms—from Command to digital marketing tools. Equally important, the design component focuses on the look, feel, and functionality of our office environment.

By joining, you’ll contribute to both the digital and physical evolution of our market center. If you're passionate about technology, inspired by thoughtful design, and eager to create a workspace where agents can thrive, the Technology & Design Committee is the perfect place to make an impact.

Meets every 1st Wednesday of the month at 10AM PST in the Community Room at KWB.

What Happening with Growth?

The Growth Committee is focused on expanding KW Bothell’s impact by attracting talented agents, supporting their success, and strengthening the overall health of our market center. This team plays a key role in sharing the KW value proposition, highlighting our culture, resources, and opportunities to those looking to elevate their real estate career. Through outreach efforts, onboarding support, and collaboration with leadership, the committee helps ensure new agents feel welcomed, informed, and equipped to thrive from day one.

By joining, you’ll help shape the future of KW Bothell by connecting with potential talent and supporting the journey of those who choose to join our community. If you’re passionate about elevating others and driving forward the momentum of our market center, the Growth Committee is a powerful place to make a lasting impact.

Meets every 1st Thursday of the month at 1PM PST in the large conference room at KWB.

What Happening with Culture?

The Culture Committee is devoted to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and community-minded environment where every KW Bothell agent feels valued and connected. This team brings the heart of our market center to life by championing events, traditions, and initiatives that strengthen relationships and celebrate our shared success. From organizing appreciation efforts and team-building activities to coordinating charitable giving and community involvement, the committee helps ensure our culture reflects the KW belief that people come first.

Beyond creating memorable experiences, the Culture Committee promotes an atmosphere of gratitude, collaboration, and positivity throughout the office. Their work reinforces the sense of belonging that makes KW Bothell more than just a workplace—it’s a family.

*This month's meeting time has been altered due to BOLD. The Culture Committee will meet on Thursday, May 7 at 2:30 p.m.
